16+ Mentoring & Support
Neuroaffirming mentoring to build confidence, independence and life skills.
Does Your Young Person Need Extra Support?
The transition into adulthood isn't always straightforward.
Many young people face challenges with confidence, anxiety, executive functioning, education, employment, social relationships, emotional regulation and independence.
For neurodivergent young people in particular, the expectations of adulthood can feel overwhelming without the right support in place.
Whether your young person is struggling to find their path, build confidence, establish routines or prepare for the future, they don't have to navigate it alone.
I'm Kathryn Stimpson, and I provide practical, neuroaffirming mentoring that helps young people recognise their strengths, overcome challenges and move confidently towards adulthood.

Not Sure Which Option Is Right?
Choosing the right support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much.
Many families start with an Initial Support Consultation so we can explore what's happening together and decide which level of support, if any, is right for your young person.
There's no pressure and no obligation. Just an honest conversation about how we can help your young person move forward with confidence.
